What you will do

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve SAP ABAP incidents and technical requests within the Application Management Services model.
• Develop, adjust, and maintain ABAP reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, OData services, and batch jobs.
• Collaborate with functional analysts and PI/PO, Basis, database, and integration teams to resolve cross-module issues.
• Participate in SIT/UAT, code reviews, performance validation, release activities, and post-release stabilization.
• Document technical objects, dependencies, testing evidence, transport procedures, and change-control activities.
• Identify opportunities for refactoring, automation, standardization, performance improvement, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong experience with ABAP Core and object-oriented ABAP programming.
• Experience with ALV reports, RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, the Enhancement Framework, batch input, and CALL TRANSACTION.
• Experience developing and supporting SmartForms, Adobe Forms, SAPScript, batch jobs, and background processing.
• Solid knowledge of IDoc structure, processing, monitoring, debugging, and SAP integration concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Availability for maintenance windows and after-hours support when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs, OData services, SAP PI/PO, or SAP CPI.
• Advanced debugging, performance tuning, and optimization skills.
• Basic SQL knowledge and understanding of SAP data structures.
• Familiarity with organizational development standards, ITIL practices, and AMS operating models.
