What you will do

• Supervise a team of Patient Success Specialists and oversee all daily department operations.
• Monitor and QA inbound/outbound calls, emails, and faxes to ensure high service standards.
• Manage team performance by tracking KPIs, metrics, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Act as the first level of escalation for patient concerns and complaints, enforcing company policy.
• Coordinate staff orientation and provide ongoing training to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal departments to promote accurate communication and billing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Healthcare experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, including government and private payers, coding, and billing practices.
• Experience with insurance claims submission and management software (Xifin, AMD, or LIMS is a plus).
• Must be based in the USA.
• Ability to handle PHI and complete mandatory HIPAA/PHI privacy and security training.
