What you will do

• Lead the ML Research function, overseeing delivery, quality, performance, and roadmap execution.
• Build and hirify.global a global high-performing team with an emphasis on ML excellence and initiative ownership.
• Collaborate with Fortune 100 customers and GTM teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Partner with engineering, product, and delivery teams to drive cutting-edge research in evaluations, agents, and post-training.
• Define the long-term vision and organizational design of the ML Research team aligned with business growth.
• Mentor senior ML Research leaders and manage strategic initiatives including budget and headcount planning.

Requirements

• Strong track record of leading ML Research teams in high-growth environments, particularly in ML, infrastructure, or complex systems.
• Experience scaling research organizations across different geographies.
• Ability to distill priorities and move teams from ambiguity to execution with urgency and clarity.
• Experience partnering deeply with sales, delivery, and customer success teams.
• Deep technical credibility in product engineering, infrastructure, or AI agent systems.
