What you will do

• Provide L2 support via phone, email, and chat for switches, wireless access points, business routers, and NAS devices.
• Diagnose and resolve moderately complex wired and wireless networking issues using structured methodologies.
• Manage a queue of support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 engineers and collaborate closely to ensure efficient resolution.
• Identify recurring issues to contribute to overall process and product improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ireland.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, specifically in a networking-focused role.
• Fluency in French or German in addition to English.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including protocols, topologies, and technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on professional experience.
• Experience with remote diagnostic tools and ticketing systems.

Nice to have

• CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certifications.
