What you will do
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Development, QA, Support teams, and clients on financial services solutions.
- Analyze application behavior, business rules, integrations, and system impacts to support solution design.
- Provide Level 3 production support, investigate complex incidents, identify root causes, and drive long-term improvements.
- Participate in client discussions, technical investigations, and knowledge-transfer sessions across distributed teams.
- Build expertise in Financial Hub solutions and improve delivery, support, and documentation standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar professional in financial services, banking, FinTech, or complex software environments.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and create technical documentation, workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with Level 3 application support and troubleshooting complex enterprise production issues.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles, system integrations, APIs, databases, and application architecture.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with financial messaging, payments, SWIFT, ISO 20022, SQL, XML/JSON, or financial services platforms.
