What you will do

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for automotive MCU-based customer projects across various domains.
• Support the implementation of Battery Management Systems (BMS), Body/Zone Controllers, and Infotainment systems.
• Analyze and resolve complex customer issues across hardware, software, and system levels.
• Guide customers in applying Automotive Cybersecurity concepts (secure boot, secure communication) and Functional Safety (ISO 26262).
• Deliver technical workshops and hands-on guidance for reference designs and new product introduction (NPI) phases.
• Coordinate with internal R&D and product teams to escalate and resolve critical technical issues.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in automotive electronics, embedded systems, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Solid expertise with Automotive MCU platforms and peripherals (ADC, timers, PWM, DMA).
• Proficiency with embedded software stacks, BSPs, peripheral drivers, and AUTOSAR Classic (CP).
• Practical understanding of BMS, Body/Zone Controller architectures, or Radio/Audio/Infotainment systems.
• Awareness of Automotive Cybersecurity and Functional Safety (ISO 26262) requirements.
• English proficiency for daily technical communication (meetings, emails, documentation).
• Ability to work from Shanghai and travel domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting automotive OEMs or Tier-1 customers.
• Exposure to Automotive Ethernet switches or time-sensitive networking (TSN) concepts.
• Experience with system validation or field issue troubleshooting.
