Product Manager (Packaging)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Packaging): Leading new product development and managing the packaging portfolio for the European distribution hub with an accent on supply chain operations and market-aligned product strategy. Location: Strong preference for Tallinn, Estonia, but other locations may be considered.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end new product development (NPD) from ideation and concept through to commercialization.
• Manage the existing product portfolio and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Support supply chain activities, including order and stock management (30-40% of time).
• Conduct cost analysis and margin comparisons to identify price optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, operations, quality, and sales teams to ensure smooth product launches.
• Oversee Master Data Management (MDM) to ensure data accuracy across ERP and PIM systems.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• English proficiency is essential for daily operations.
• Ability to work independently within a multinational team environment.
