TL;DR
Senior Platform Engineer (AI/ML): Building and evolving cloud-native developer onboarding, enablement, and self-service platforms with an accent on platform automation, distributed systems, and production AI/ML integration. Location: Dublin, Ireland
Salary: €71,000–€104,500 annual base salary for Ireland-based roles, with offers potentially exceeding this range.

What you will do
- Own the architecture and evolution of developer onboarding and enablement platforms across Americas, Canada, and EMEA.
- Build cloud-native platform services, developer tooling, CI/CD systems, and Infrastructure-as-Code automation using Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
- Standardize deployment processes and accelerate onboarding through scalable automation and self-service workflows.
- Design and deploy AI/ML and agentic AI solutions, including LLM-based automation for onboarding, troubleshooting, and developer productivity.
- Troubleshoot distributed platform and integration issues while improving reliability, observability, and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership, roadmap input, documentation, runbooks, and hands-on guidance to application and platform teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience building scalable cloud-native applications with Python, Node.js, or similar frameworks, and working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- 8+ years of experience designing CI/CD pipelines, SDLC automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, and platform automation using tools such as Jenkins, CloudBees, Spinnaker, Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud networking, observability, distributed system design, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying production AI/ML systems and agentic AI or LLM-based automation workflows involving tool use, orchestration, or autonomous agents.
- Senior-level technical leadership experience, including architecture ownership, cross-team collaboration, and operational documentation.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered developer tools, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent LLM platforms.
- Experience designing agent-based automation workflows and large-scale distributed systems.
- Background in DevOps, infrastructure scalability, event-driven systems, microservices, Agile/Scrum, or developer experience improvement.
