What you will do

• Develop and automate robust data science and ML models, from POC to production deployment.
• Apply classical machine learning and generative AI methods to solve multi-domain business problems.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions.
• Conduct research on the latest AI/ML developments to continuously improve internal systems.
• Document processes, code, and findings to foster knowledge sharing across the group.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on industry experience in data science and machine learning.
• Expert programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Deep understanding of statistical and ML algorithms, including deep learning and LLMs.
• Proven history of owning and implementing production-grade ML/AI projects.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and bring clarity to under-specified problems.
• Must be based in Europe with the ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team.

Nice to have

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Physics, or related fields.
• Experience with DataOps and MLOps practices, including deployment and monitoring.
• Familiarity with distributed data tools like Spark or Dask.
• Experience working across both startup and enterprise environments.
