What you will do

• Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and support Android banking features throughout their lifecycle.
• Contribute to technical design decisions and improve engineering standards across the Android domain.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, business colleagues, and stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Develop scalable solutions for a native banking app used by customers of an international bank.
• Coach fellow engineers through knowledge sharing, presentations, workshops, and technical guidance.

Requirements

• More than five years of professional experience designing, building, and maintaining Android applications.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Kotlin in production environments.
• Experience writing Espresso, unit, and screenshot tests.
• Strong understanding of mobile security and accessibility best practices.
• Experience working in Agile environments with business and technology stakeholders.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
