What you will do

• Train state-of-the-art models from internal and community sources for deployment to enterprise customers.
• Research and integrate cutting-edge algorithms directly into the training stack.
• Design solutions for complex multi-agent systems to learn from process and outcome-based rewards.
• Build a next-gen Agent RL training platform to achieve SOTA results on real enterprise use-cases.

Requirements

• 5+ years of LLM training experience in a production environment.
• Experience with post-training methods like RLHF, RLVR, PPO, and GRPO.
• Recent publications in top conferences such as NEURIPS, ICLR, or ICML.
• PhD or Masters in Computer Science or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle.
