What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and evolve test automation frameworks, libraries, and reusable testing solutions.
• Build automation for backend/API, frontend, end-to-end, integration, and regression testing.
• Develop scalable tools and reusable components that improve testing efficiency for QA and development teams.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and GitHub workflows.
• Collaborate with QA engineers, developers, and technical stakeholders to translate testing needs into practical solutions.
• Apply AI-assisted tools and software engineering practices to improve test development, debugging, documentation, maintainability, and reliability.

Requirements

• Strong experience in test automation, software development, or quality tooling.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Python, or a similar language.
• Experience designing, building, or maintaining automated test frameworks and reusable testing solutions.
• Knowledge of backend/API, frontend, integration, and regression testing.
• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent frameworks, plus GitHub and CI/CD workflows.
• Professional English proficiency, written and spoken. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and practical AI literacy are also required.

Nice to have

• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript.
• Experience building internal frameworks, testing libraries, SDKs, CLI tools, or developer tooling.
• Experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, REST Assured, Docker, or cloud-based products.

Hiring process
