What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end production and publishing pipeline for audio content to ensure required volumes.
• Set and track quantitative content-volume targets and KPIs on short cycles.
• Identify and implement growth areas for content volume and monetization strategies.
• Analyze content metrics (volume, quality, conversion, retention) and prepare reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product, Production, and AI/Tech teams to deliver new initiatives.
• Test and deploy AI tools to accelerate content production and processing.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience managing content operations in the dating, social, or media industries.
• English: B2+ level required.
• Russian: C1+ level required.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Tbilisi, Yerevan, China, or Spain.
• Experience with content metrics, conversion funnels, and quantitative KPI tracking.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish or Chinese.
• Experience with Bitrix CRM.
