What you will do

• Analyze requirements, identify edge cases, and build risk-based test coverage for complex business logic.
• Perform manual testing of critical CRM, financial operations, accounting, and transaction-related workflows.
• Design and implement UI and API automation with Python and Playwright while supporting existing Java tests.
• Create reliable test data through APIs and validate state transitions across UI, API, and database layers.
• Improve parallel execution, diagnostics, reporting, and CI feedback while reducing flaky tests.
• Review code, mentor teammates, collaborate with developers, and support reliable releases.

Requirements

• Strong test analysis, test design, and risk-based coverage skills.
• Hands-on experience testing complex business logic manually and converting critical flows into stable automation.
• Strong REST API testing and data validation skills.
• Practical experience with Python, Playwright, automation framework design, and CI pipelines such as GitLab CI or Jenkins.
• Experience with test data management, parallel execution, test isolation, flaky test investigation, and SQL validation.
• Comfortable using Linux for log analysis, debugging, and environment checks, with clear product-team communication.

Nice to have

• Java UI automation experience with Selenide or TestNG.
• Experience with LLM tools such as Claude Code.
• Background in fintech, crypto, transaction-heavy systems, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, or observability.
• Performance, stability, or reliability testing experience and the ability to understand Go code.
