What you will do
- Manage growth via TikTok and Instagram by creating AI-generated promotional videos and ad campaigns.
- Establish and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including ad copy, keywords, and targeting.
- Build and test high-conversion landing pages using Tilda, Webflow, or Framer.
- Execute content strategies for Telegram channels and Facebook campaigns.
- Allocate and optimize budgets across channels, tracking CPL and conversion rates.
- Develop a 2-month roadmap and establish transparent performance reporting systems.
Requirements
- Hands-on marketing experience with early-stage startups or MVP launches.
- Proficiency with TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Ability to create text and basic visual content independently.
- Experience with landing page builders.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance metrics.
- Execution ownership and high speed of delivery.
