TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (Blockchain Nodes) (Kubernetes/Ansible): Designing and maintaining blockchain validator node infrastructure across multiple networks with an accent on high availability, security, and performance. Focus on automating deployments with GitLab CI, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Helm, while building monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana and supporting 24/7 service reliability.
Location: Remote from anywhere in the world, with an option to work from the office in Tbilisi or relocate to Tbilisi

What you will do
- Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize blockchain validator nodes across multiple networks.
- Build and improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment.
- Architect and manage production Kubernetes clusters, including Helm-based deployments.
- Develop and maintain Ansible infrastructure as code for configuration management.
- Implement monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
- Improve resource utilization, document operational practices, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with security teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles.
- Proven experience setting up, maintaining, and optimizing blockchain validator nodes.
- Experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Proficiency with Ansible and Helm charts.
- Strong knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Linux/Unix systems, and networking concepts.
- Availability to participate in on-call rotations supporting critical services 24/7.
