Commercial Lawyer (Cyprus Law)

What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate referral, partnership, service, non-disclosure, and other commercial agreements.
• Advise commercial and business development teams on contracts, service terms, advertising compliance, intellectual property, and legal risks.
• Draft and review employment agreements, termination documents, workplace policies, and disciplinary materials.
• Advise on employee work permits, residence permits, and third-country national immigration matters.
• Liaise with the Civil Registry and Migration Department, external counsel, and other relevant authorities.
• Monitor Cyprus legislation and improve internal legal templates, processes, and policies.

Requirements

• Law degree, such as an LLB or equivalent, and admission to the Cyprus Bar Association.
• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Cyprus commercial, employment, labour, and immigration law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements.
• Fluent English and Greek, both written and spoken, are required.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills, with high professional integrity.

• Russian proficiency in written and spoken communication.
