What you will do

• Analyze functional and non-functional requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain a Python-based automation framework for API and backend testing.
• Implement a model-based testing approach focusing on trading specifics and exchange core components.
• Conduct code reviews for automation scripts and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Perform backend testing with minimal manual involvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall testing experience and 3+ years of Python experience.
• Strong skills in test analysis and test design.
• Deep understanding of API testing and backend automation.
• Proficiency with Linux shell for scripting, log analysis, and service management.
• Strong knowledge of the Fintech domain is required.

Nice to have

• Experience testing exchange cores or personal trading experience.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
• Ability to read C++ code and basic SQL skills for data analysis.
