What you will do

• Lead 3D and motion design initiatives across marketing, brand, and product.
• Conceptualize, design, and animate visuals for campaigns, launches, and social media.
• Create 3D illustrations, motion sequences, and animations aligned with the brand aesthetic.
• Build and expand the marketing design system and maintain a cohesive visual language.
• Own projects from storyboarding through animation, compositing, editing, and final delivery.
• Collaborate with product design, marketing, and leadership, incorporating sound design when needed.

Requirements

• Expert-level motion design and animation skills with After Effects.
• Proficiency in one or more 3D tools, such as Cinema 4D, Blender, Redshift, or Octane.
• Strong modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering skills in 3D.
• Advanced compositing and editing abilities.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with sound design and audio synchronization for motion.
• Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere or Resolve.
• Interest in crypto or Web3; relevant experience is a plus.
