What you will do

• Manage warehouse administration, facility maintenance, reception activities, and procurement of office supplies.
• Coordinate and facilitate training programs, develop orientation schedules, and maintain records in SharePoint.
• Collaborate with US and EMEA teams to roll out and customize training initiatives across the APAC region.
• Utilize emerging AI tools and automation to improve administrative processes and create training materials.
• Handle new hire orientation, including workstation setup, door access, and global organization chart updates.
• Organize employee annual performance reviews and ensure orderly documentation within APAC.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Education, HR, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience coordinating corporate training events.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and standard business communication tools.
• Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Must be based in Singapore for onsite work.
