What you will do

• Own delivery of key features end-to-end across the technology stack including detection of emerging cyber attack patterns and large-scale data processing.
• Contribute to team processes and practices to scale the team and product.
• Improve system reliability and architecture by coordinating execution plans and making technical decisions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, unblock peers, and lead code reviews to solve complex challenges.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Helsinki, Finland with hybrid work and weekly office presence
• At least five years of industry experience with a proven track record of leading complex technical projects.
• Strong product mindset with ability to translate ambiguous problems into user-focused requirements.
• Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of the web platform.
