What you will do

• Design and develop backend services for order management, market data, and risk systems.
• Optimize trading components for throughput, latency, reliability, and predictable behavior under stress.
• Architect distributed systems with clear boundaries, fault tolerance, consistency, and observability.
• Collaborate on matching, settlement, and messaging subsystems.
• Integrate blockchain and off-chain data into the exchange stack.
• Improve infrastructure automation and scalability across AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker.

Requirements

• Proven experience building or operating trading, exchange, or other real-time stateful systems.
• Strong knowledge of concurrency, event-driven architecture, and distributed system design.
• Proficiency in Golang, or strong experience with Rust, C++, or Java and readiness to transition.
• Familiarity with message-driven architectures such as Pulsar or Kafka.
• Experience running production workloads on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of reliability engineering, monitoring, graceful failure handling, and clear technical communication.
