What you will do

• Develop novel machine learning and computer vision methods for diverse real-world datasets.
• Identify research opportunities based on user problems and limitations of existing methods.
• Design efficient approaches for different hardware targets and problem categories.
• Write research papers targeting leading machine learning and computer vision conferences.
• Translate research methods into production systems running at scale.
• Collaborate with a distributed engineering and research organization.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in AI, machine learning, computer vision, robotics, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Publication record in conferences or journals such as CVPR, NeurIPS, or ICLR.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong commitment to scientific rigor, reproducibility, and high-quality software.
• Passion for computer vision and solving practical user problems.
• Pragmatic approach to applying research in production.

Nice to have

• Experience optimizing models for edge hardware.
• Experience training models on distributed infrastructure.
• Expertise in PyTorch.
