EpicCare Ambulatory Analyst (Healthcare IT)

Location: Must work from the Medellin, Colombia office (5 days per week). Strictly Work From Office – No Work From Home or Hybrid

What you will do

• Configure, maintain, and support the EpicCare Ambulatory application to optimize outpatient care.
• Gather and document business and clinical requirements from ambulatory care stakeholders.
• Design, build, test, and deploy system enhancements and configuration changes.
• Support provider documentation, patient encounters, order management, and clinical decision support.
• Perform unit, integrated, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new deployments.
• Collaborate with other Epic analysts to ensure seamless integration with MyChart, Cadence, Prelude, and Orders.

Requirements

• EpicCare Ambulatory Certification (Mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the EpicCare Ambulatory module
• Strong understanding of outpatient clinical workflows and ambulatory operations.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Must be based in Medellin, Colombia, for full-time onsite work
• Ability to join immediately or within a 15–20 day notice period.

Nice to have

• Experience working within U.S. healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of Epic implementation methodology and healthcare interoperability.
• Experience integrating Ambulatory with other Epic modules like MyChart or Cadence.
