QA Engineer (Gamedev)

TL;DR

QA Engineer (Gamedev): Managing the holistic quality of the live title theHunter: Call of the Wild with an accent on regression testing, bug triaging, and release readiness. Focus on coordinating across disciplines to ensure quality targets are met for PC and Console releases.

Location: Hybrid in Stockholm or Malmö. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Production to ensure satisfactory coverage and risk management across the entire release cycle.
• Investigate, triage, prioritize, and manage bugs.
• Plan and execute regression testing and release readiness testing.
• Coordinate across various disciplines and teams to drive quality results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Video Games Quality Assurance, preferably shipping AA or AAA games.
• Experience working as an embedded QA within a development team.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with knowledge of bug writing and tracking software.
• Experience with Console and PC testing.
• Must be based in or able to work from Stockholm or Malmö.
