What you will do

• Own the analytical framework for CRM, loyalty programs, and promotional initiatives.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize marketing channels.
• Build customer segmentation frameworks and predictive models to improve retention and LTV.
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting to monitor business KPIs and promotional performance.
• Partner with Commercial and Pricing teams to evaluate unit economics and maximize profitability.
• Support the scaling of new business verticals by defining KPIs and analytical strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth, or Business Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for statistical analysis and automation.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, incrementality measurement, and causal inference.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Deep understanding of P&L, unit economics, and financial modeling.
• Must be based in or able to work from Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in E-commerce, Food Delivery, or RetailTech.
• Experience with pricing strategy analytics and commercial optimization.
