Senior Staff Cryptography Engineer (Web3)

What you will do

• Design and implement post-quantum cryptography (PQC) algorithms within existing signature and key management systems.
• Develop the underlying cryptography library for MPC wallets and Web3 security products.
• Research Web3 ecosystem cryptography and produce technology selection reports and technical documentation.
• Conduct security audits of wallet-layer signature code and cryptographic protocol implementations.
• Define and enforce cryptography technical standards and security red lines for related code.

Requirements

• Master's degree or above in Cryptography, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Solid theoretical foundation in public-key, symmetric/asymmetric cryptography, lattice theory, and blockchain applications.
• In-depth research experience in post-quantum cryptography (Kyber, Dilithium, SPHINCS+) and secure multi-party computation (MPC).
• Knowledge of zero-knowledge proofs (zk-SNARK/zk-STARK) or homomorphic encryption.
• Proficiency in at least one of: C/C++, Rust, Go, or Java.
