What you will do

• Identify and acquire new merchants and partners across the LATAM region.
• Drive outbound sales activities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including needs analysis and preparation of commercial proposals.
• Coordinate the onboarding process with Tech, Integration, Compliance, Finance, and Risk teams.
• Monitor the LATAM payments market, competitors, and emerging payment methods.
• Represent the company at international fintech and iGaming conferences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within FinTech, Payments, PSP, or Crypto.
• 1+ year of experience specifically working with the LATAM market.
• Proven experience selling payment solutions to high-risk industries (iGaming, Betting, Forex, Crypto, or Trading).
• Strong knowledge of LATAM payment methods (PIX, SPEI, PSE, Mercado Pago) and settlement processes.
• Basic understanding of payment technologies, including API integrations and webhooks.
• Proficiency in English and Russian is required.
