What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain firmware for current and future hirify.global products.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Perform deep debugging and troubleshooting to resolve critical system issues.
• Develop and execute Unit, Built-in Unit, and Functional tests to ensure code quality.
• Streamline development and deployment using DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Conduct code and document reviews, including the validation of AI-generated code.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in firmware or embedded software development or testing.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Experience with BIOS, Embedded Systems, or BootLoaders.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
