What you will do

• Generate new demand and identify key buying group members within strategic accounts.
• Qualify marketing-generated demand against established criteria before handing off to Account Executives.
• Manage prospecting, qualification, and nurture activities within Salesforce.
• Execute multi-touch outreach cadences including outbound calls, emails, and social engagement.
• Collaborate with sales teams to coordinate activities and meet monthly KPIs.
• Maintain expert knowledge of hirify.global Software products and their competitive benefits.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sales (SDR/BDR).
• Fluent level of English and German (C1+).
• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment as a motivated self-starter.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience selling high-tech products or services.
• Technical understanding of storage backup, cloud backup, and key industry manufacturers.
• Experience with Revenue Development Representative (RDR) workflows.
