What you will do

• Set the strategy and point of view for how developers and AI agents learn to succeed on the platform.
• Lead and grow the developer experience team, building out documentation as a core function.
• Own the information architecture and documentation to ensure legibility for both human and agent users.
• Craft the developer narrative and technical writing across blogs and product announcements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and founders to translate technical features into educational content.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to work in-person at the San Francisco office.
• Proven experience writing high-quality developer documentation or technical content.
• Strong leadership background, specifically in managing developer-facing or content-focused teams.
• Ability to read and understand code to ensure technical accuracy in examples.
• Genuine interest in the intersection of AI and software development.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and structured thinking.
