What you will do

• Manage the full software development lifecycle for the Futures team, from requirements analysis to product delivery.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and tools using Rust and Java.
• Perform comprehensive testing, including black-box, white-box, security, and performance testing across distributed components.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to provide feedback on code design and testing strategies.
• Continuously improve testing methodologies and maintain expertise in the Rust/Java ecosystem.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in QA Automation.
• Strong programming skills in Rust and Java and experience with their automation frameworks.
• Experience with mobile-specific testing techniques (performance, Monkey stress testing, frame rendering).
• Proficiency in root cause analysis to debug and resolve issues in complex distributed architectures.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin for coordination with overseas stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI models and hands-on experience applying them in real-world projects.
