Epic HB/PB Resolute Claims Analyst (Healthcare IT): Support, maintain, and optimize Epic Revenue Cycle applications with an accent on claim generation, remittance processing, and denial management. Focus on translating business requirements into system solutions and performing comprehensive system build and configuration.
Location: Must be based in Medellin, Colombia

What you will do
- Configure, maintain, and support Epic Resolute HB, PB, and Claims applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Epic system solutions.
- Support claim generation, claim edits, remittance processing, and denial management workflows.
- Perform system build, configuration, testing, upgrades, and optimization activities.
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Patient Financial Services, and IT teams.
- Create and maintain application documentation, workflows, and training materials.
Requirements
- Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) Certification – Mandatory
- Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Certification – Mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Epic Resolute applications.
- Strong understanding of billing, claims processing, payment posting, and reimbursement workflows.
- Experience with system configuration, testing, validation, and production support.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Nice to have
- Epic Claims/Remittance Certification.
- Knowledge of Charge Router, Work Queues (WQs), and Payment Posting.
- Experience with Epic upgrade testing and release management.
- Experience working directly with Patient Financial Services teams.
