What you will do
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Beaker AP and CP applications
- Analyze business and laboratory requirements and translate them into Epic solutions
- Support laboratory workflows including specimen collection, processing, and result reporting
- Perform system build, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely technical resolution
- Collaborate with laboratory leadership, pathologists, and clinicians
Requirements
- Must be based in Medellin, Colombia
- Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting Epic Beaker applications
- Mandatory Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology (AP) Certification
- Mandatory Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology (CP) Certification
- Strong understanding of pathology, LIS, and healthcare IT environments
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Nice to have
- Knowledge of instrument interfaces and laboratory integrations
- Familiarity with HL7 messaging and healthcare interoperability standards
- Experience supporting laboratory implementations and optimization projects
