TL;DR
Principal Software Engineer (Azure/.NET): Leading the technical evolution of the Flex Platform with an accent on microservices architecture, cloud-native scalability, and secure-by-default engineering practices. Focus on mentoring engineering teams, defining architectural patterns, and ensuring high-quality delivery across a complex distributed SaaS ecosystem.
Location: Must be based in Brazil (100% Remote or Hybrid for Serra Gaúcha residents).

What you will do
- Define and guide technical solutions for complex platform capabilities, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Act as a technical authority for the Flex Platform, collaborating with architects, Team Leads, and DevOps to drive long-term technical decisions.
- Lead the design of software architecture patterns including microservices, event-driven systems, CQRS, and API design.
- Provide technical mentorship and coaching to engineers across all levels to improve code quality and design thinking.
- Review critical designs and pull requests to ensure compliance with security standards and performance requirements.
- Drive engineering consistency by promoting standards for CI/CD, automated testing, and SDLC practices.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong professional experience in backend, frontend, cloud, and distributed systems.
- Deep expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Strong experience with frontend technologies (React, Angular, TypeScript).
- Experience with Azure Services, Azure Infrastructure, and Azure DevOps.
- English: B2+ required for working in a global environment.
