Senior TDI Site Reliability Engineer (AWS)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, or San Francisco, California, United States

Annual base salary: $165,000–$225,600 for the San Francisco Bay Area or $147,000–$202,000 for California outside the Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington.

What you will do

• Design, build, and modernize scalable cloud environments and development tools for regulated environments.
• Implement security policies and standards across cloud infrastructure and engineering enablement systems.
• Partner with software engineering teams to promote DevOps and SRE practices and support Agile workflows.
• Create technical documentation, network diagrams, runbooks, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Build foundational infrastructure capabilities that support secure, reliable, large-scale internal engineering operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or systems engineering, including complex large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Expertise managing AWS multi-account environments with AWS Organizations, IAM, Identity Center, and StackSets.
• Strong Terraform and Python skills, plus experience building Git-based CI/CD workflows with GitLab or GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience and proficiency with Splunk, CloudWatch, and the Grafana stack.
• Ability to submit documentation establishing U.S. Person status is required to access federal environments or protected federal data.

Nice to have

• Networking experience with BGP, IPsec, VPCs, transit gateways, and VPC endpoints.
• Linux system administration experience.
• Experience with secure, regulated environments such as FedRAMP, including FIPS, STIGs, and data boundaries.
