What you will do

• Build and scale AI-driven workflows and automation systems for cloud operations.
• Develop integrations between monitoring platforms, ticketing tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services.
• Design and implement REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures for AI platforms.
• Implement LLM integrations, model training, PII redaction solutions, and prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with Product, SRE, and Infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end capabilities.
• Optimize production systems for improved performance, reliability, and observability.

Requirements

• Strong backend development experience in TypeScript, C#, .NET, Python, or Rust.
• Experience building scalable, distributed systems in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML concepts, LLMs, or AI SDKs.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Must be located in or able to work from Sandy, UT, USA.
