What you will do

• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity across all corporate materials.
• Design high-polish board-level PowerPoint presentations and elevated sales assets, including pitch decks and one-pagers.
• Create engaging social graphics and reusable visual templates to scale content in partnership with Demand Generation teams.
• Produce visuals for campaigns, product launches, and large-format materials like event booth graphics and trade show displays.
• Collaborate with external corporate branding and web agencies to ensure cohesive brand expression.
• Manage fast-turnaround creative requests directly for C-level executives, often with same-day or next-day deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic or brand design.
• Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Mandatory portfolio demonstrating enterprise-grade design aligned with B2B IT industry standards.
• Proven ability to work independently with C-level executives with professionalism and confidence.

Nice to have

• Background in healthcare, health IT, or B2B environments.
• Working knowledge of Figma or similar prototyping tools.
