Fashion Marketing Associate Account Director

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day strategy and performance narrative for a portfolio of 4–6 fashion and apparel accounts.
• Lead client calls, build trusted client relationships, and translate performance data into clear business insights.
• Coordinate paid social, influencer, creative, SEO, and lifecycle teams around unified account strategies.
• Monitor creative performance, audience fatigue, cohort behavior, campaign timing, and execution risks.
• Support retention strategy, quarterly planning, renewal preparation, and service expansion conversations.
• Use Iris, Nova, and other AI-enabled tools to surface opportunities and optimize account operations.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in fashion, apparel, or DTC marketing with day-to-day client relationship management.
• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency.
• Understanding of how creative and media strategies interact, including Meta-heavy media mixes, creative fatigue, audience saturation, and incrementality.
• Experience with influencer and UGC campaigns, including briefing, evaluation, and scaling.
• Understanding of DTC economics, including CAC, LTV, repeat purchase rate, and cohort behavior.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain performance data under time pressure.
