What you will do

• Triage incoming trust and safety reports across the platform and user-built applications.
• Investigate reports and execute enforcement actions including warnings, takedowns, and account restrictions.
• Document all decisions and escalate high-severity cases to legal and engineering teams.
• Identify patterns in reported content to drive improvements in policy and detection systems.
• Collaborate on the development of AI-assisted moderation tooling to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in trust and safety, content moderation, or platform operations at a consumer tech company.
• Ability to exercise sharp judgment and make decisions under ambiguity.
• Experience handling sensitive content with a steady temperament.
• Operational rigor with a focus on documentation and policy refinement.
• Strong written English proficiency for communication with users and internal teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with DSA (Digital Services Act) and NCMEC reporting.
• Experience managing law enforcement requests.
