What you will do

• Architect and lead the development of scalable, production-ready machine learning systems.
• Own the full lifecycle of models including deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining.
• Mentor junior ML engineers and elevate engineering standards across the global organization.
• Develop and fine-tune models for fraud detection, anomaly detection, and recommendation engines.
• Optimize model serving and inference performance within real-world latency budgets.
• Shape the technical direction of the ML ecosystem and drive high-impact data science initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA or Canada
• Advanced degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading high-impact data science initiatives at scale.
• Hands-on experience creating, training, and fine-tuning models beyond integrating hosted APIs.
• Production experience with classical ML, deep learning, or graph-based models.
• Strong foundation in MLOps including feature stores, experiment tracking, and continuous training pipelines.
• Proficiency in model serving and inference optimization techniques.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, payments, fraud, or advertising domains.
• Recognized open-source contributions or conference talks related to ML tooling.
• Expertise in graph-based fraud detection techniques.
