What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Laravel and PHP.
• Build integrations for third-party data warehouses and internal automation tools.
• Collaborate on infrastructure and SRE tasks using Ansible and Terraform.
• Engage directly with customers to answer technical questions and represent the company at conferences.
• Contribute to the expansion of services into new international markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional PHP experience, with a strong preference for Laravel.
• Must be physically located in the US, specifically in the Eastern Time zone.
• Experience or comfort with public speaking, such as giving meetup talks.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote-first environment.
• Customer-facing experience (e.g., retail or service industry) is highly valued.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like Tailwind CSS, AlpineJS, or React.
• Experience with database technologies like ClickHouse or MariaDB.
