What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations and strategic collaboration with 15–30 active suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Lead independent commercial negotiations for pricing renewals, delivery parameters, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Identify and onboard new suppliers (e.g., China and Türkiye) to support Category Management KPI expansion and new SKU introductions.
• Maintain supplier master data and ensure product quality, packaging data, and EU regulatory compliance requirements are met.
• Resolve delivery discrepancies, handle claims, manage legal/certificate expirations, and optimize shipment workflows with Vendor Operations.

Requirements

• Based in Kazakhstan for close alignment with key Asian suppliers.
• At least 2 years of experience in supplier relationship management, sourcing, customer service, B2B, or procurement processes.
• Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen with a track record of driving commercial goals independently.
• Professional fluency in English (B2 or higher) and fluent Russian.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Higher education degree in Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
