What you will do

• Test and approve CRM campaigns, promotions, and customer communications prior to launch.
• Validate customer segmentation, campaign scheduling, and bonus configurations.
• Verify automated customer journeys across email, SMS, push, WhatsApp, Telegram, and on-site channels.
• Ensure campaign compliance with Responsible Gambling policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, document, and report defects while maintaining comprehensive testing records.
• Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, VIP, Product, Compliance, and Development teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in QA or CRM Quality Assurance within the iGaming industry.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and campaign management tools.
• Strong understanding of CRM lifecycle management, online casino, sports betting, and bonus systems.
• Experience testing promotions, wagering requirements, cashback, and free spins.
• Basic HTML knowledge and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• English: Good written and spoken proficiency required.
