What you will do

• Lead multiple customer implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Partner with senior finance leaders including CFOs and Controllers throughout delivery.
• Configure the platform to align with specific customer finance processes.
• Manage data migration, project timelines, and overall delivery success.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Contribute to scaling and refining implementation delivery methodologies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in German is required.
• Proven experience delivering complex software implementations end-to-end.
• Background in ERP or finance software implementation within consulting or SaaS.
• Ability to build credibility and rapport with senior finance stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership.
• Experience thriving in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with platforms like NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Workday Financials.
