Java Developer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and evolve distributed Java systems for trading and post-trade workflows.
• Design services that handle at-least-once message delivery, idempotency, and Saga-based transaction flows.
• Analyze concurrency issues involving the Java memory model, thread scheduling, asynchronous processing, and distributed deadlocks.
• Develop systems capable of absorbing extreme workload spikes through elastic capacity and efficient algorithms.
• Design resilience and disaster-recovery strategies, including replication, failover, RTO, and RPO requirements.

Requirements

• Strong Java development experience in distributed systems.
• Understanding of multithreading, JVM internals, memory models, and concurrency.
• Experience with microservices, asynchronous systems, and event-driven processing.
• Knowledge of delivery guarantees, idempotency, Saga patterns, and failure scenarios.
• Understanding of algorithms, data structures, scalability, and application resilience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka, Redis, database clusters, and Kubernetes.
• Background in fintech, trading systems, order management, market data, or post-trade processing.
• Experience with Python or Node.js.
