What you will do
- Develop and maintain non-approved operational documentation, including FCOM, MMEL, and QRH manuals, for flight crews and unmanned-system operators.
- Define normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures in coordination with key stakeholders.
- Author structured, end-user-focused flight-operations documentation and establish project-specific authoring rules.
- Provide source data for Electronic Checklists to support accurate display in ground stations.
- Assess and implement configuration criteria to ensure consistent content delivery and continuity with approved manuals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of flight-operations documentation tools, processes, and standards.
Requirements
- University degree in aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, technical documentation, or an equivalent qualification.
- Professional experience in engineering or technical documentation, with a sound understanding of aircraft or complex systems.
- Experience in flight operations is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with XML authoring tools such as FODM, PTC Arbortext, Oxygen, or XMLSpy.
- Familiarity with documentation standards including S1000D and ATA Spec 2300.
- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to express complex technical content clearly for crews and operators.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Spanish or French.
- Experience with technical publications for flight operations or unmanned systems.
