QA Tester (Video Games)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; on-site

What you will do

• Perform daily product testing and report and document new defects.
• Evaluate fixes and help developers reproduce complex bugs, including collecting TTY and output information.
• Conduct regression testing and manage tasks within the assigned scope.
• Coordinate testing activities with peers and communicate daily with the client QA team.
• Suggest risk mitigation plans and follow established team practices.
• Collect knowledge and manage a professional development plan.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of software testing experience with successfully delivered projects.
• Excellent understanding of software quality assurance concepts, debugging processes, and issue reproduction procedures.
• Experience with issue tracking and version control systems, including JIRA and Perforce.
• Good spoken and written English at Intermediate level or higher.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a distributed team.
• Passion for video games.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of and adherence to game development processes.
• Understanding of game design and interdependencies between game systems.
• Experience testing mobile, PC, or console games, including PlayStation and Xbox.
