What you will do

• Provide business-facing SAP B1 support for Supply Chain operations, triaging user issues and coordinating resolution with IT/ERP or vendors.
• Map and track recurrent SAP B1 bugs, pain points, and manual workarounds; propose corrective actions and drive them to closure.
• Perform root-cause analysis for operational blockages across stock transactions, inventory movements, picking/packing/shipping, BOMs, and production orders.
• Run data checks, transaction testing, and UAT to ensure fixes and process changes are operationally fit.
• Translate SoX requirements into concrete Supply Chain ERP controls embedded in SAP B1 processes; define control objectives, owners, evidence, frequency, and escalation paths.
• Improve access governance (roles/profiles, segregation of duties) and create/harmonize SOPs, work instructions, user guides, flow maps, and training materials; coordinate testing, deployment, training, and hypercare with status reporting.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, IT, Business, or related field.
• Experience as an ERP/SAP, SAP B1 business process consultant, and/or Supply Chain systems specialist.
• Background in pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device, or regulated environments (GMP/GDP) is preferred.
• Fluent English and French.
• Comfort working across shopfloor users, Supply Chain leadership, QA, Finance, IT/ERP support, and Internal Controls stakeholders.
