What you will do

• Serve as founding CEO: set direction, build the team, and own outcomes.
• Drive strategy and execution across P&L and go-to-market.
• Recruit and lead a top-tier team across engineering, product, and sales.
• Translate supply chain and logistics problems into world-class software solutions.
• Build customer partnerships, especially within the corporate partner ecosystem.
• Raise capital and lead the company toward an exit.

Requirements

• Founded or scaled a B2B SaaS or data platform, ideally in industrial manufacturing or heavy machinery.
• Experience selling into complex enterprises (e.g., OEMs, distribution, or partner networks) and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Built AI/ML-enabled platforms or demonstrated strong ability to create defensible data moats.
• Closed enterprise customers and led commercial growth with urgency and clarity.
• Led a company through Series A+ or to a successful exit.
• Ability to build and inspire exceptional teams under pressure.
